Solar Energy Generated
Sunlight strikes the panel array, generating DC electricity. Solar cells progressively illuminate as light intensity builds through the morning.
DC Collection & Protection
DC energy travels to the PV combiner box. Solar strings are combined and protection components guard the circuit.
MPPT Optimisation
DC enters the UPKAR inverter. The MPPT algorithm continuously tracks the optimal operating point to obtain the highest available power from the solar array.
DC Converted to Controlled AC
The inverter converts DC power to controlled three-phase AC output. Output frequency varies with available solar energy and configured operating parameters.
Controlled Pump Operation
AC power drives the pump motor gradually. Output frequency increases smoothly. The pump follows available solar power throughout the day.
Reliable Water Delivery
Water flows to the field, borewell tank or irrigation channel. Pump output follows available solar energy, delivering water whenever sunlight is sufficient.
Optional Grid Support
Where configured, an optional AC/DC automatic changeover switch connects grid supply when solar input reduces. Optional feature — not included in every system.
Optional Remote Monitoring
An optional GPRS module enables remote visibility of running status, output frequency, pump status, solar input and fault status. Optional feature.
